Executive Director Michelle Headrick

Michelle, a Sequim native, knows the community well. She has long experience in the retirement field and has been working with The Lodge project since before the doors were opened more than 10 years ago. With the help of her seasoned staff, all of whom she has recruited and many of whom have been with her from the beginning, Michelle oversees the operation and makes sure that things run smoothly at The Lodge and Cottages at Sherwood Village.
